I went through a couple of interview processes. One was with the project manager and a lead designer. Then I transferred locations, and there was another interview with my new direct lead and an HR person. Both sets of interviews were pretty straightforward and didn't take too long, and they were nice about it.

The interview process involved two rounds, both conducted via Zoom. The first interview was with a senior designer. The second round was a group call with the lead from a different department deemed a potential good fit. I suspect there were more interviews, but I accepted another offer and didn't complete the entire process. The gap between the two interviews was over three weeks.

I had a video interview with this company that I felt was very professional and informative. I was ultimately not offered the position, but they were considerate in keeping me updated throughout the process and assured that I was seriously considered. I was even told that they would be happy to be a resource for me in the future in my search for a position at another firm.
