Relationship Manager
The interview process felt really thorough and like we were working together. It had 4 rounds in total: a first call, then two interviews with other team members and my potential supervisor, and a final chat with the managing director. It was all super informative; I got to ask all my questions and really get a feel for what the job is like day-to-day. My only small complaint is that after the second interview, I was already sold on the team, but I still had two more interviews to go before I finally got the offer. But hey, it was worth the wait in the end.

Data Governance Manager
It was a thorough process with many questions about how I would approach certain problems, more like a discussion than a Q&A. I met with various team members and the executive committee. They were very thorough.
- How do you handle upward and downward communication, and what's your preparation process for that?
- Describe your process for preparing to communicate upwards and downwards.
Manager
The interview process was long, it took months to complete. I had to initiate all follow-up communications myself. After meeting with 10 interviewers, I felt like they were hesitant to make a hiring decision.
- What are the typical questions for this level and the work involved?
