First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DLL.
Intern
This was a three-round interview process. The interviewers were pretty chill and asked some standard behavior questions like 'Tell me about a project you've worked on' and 'Describe a time you solved a problem'. They were really interested in what motivated you though.
- Could you tell us about a project you've worked on?
- Can you describe a time when you solved a problem?
- What motivates you?

So, my interviews at DLL were kinda hit or miss. They did ask some stuff related to the job, but then they went into personal questions that had nothing to do with the role, which made me feel weird and like they weren't being professional. Both interviews started late, and nobody even said sorry. When it was time to talk about the results, HR was late again and didn't seem bothered about wasting my time. So yeah, some good things, but the unprofessionalism and the focus on personal stuff really took away from it. My advice to the higher-ups would be to stick to job-related questions and respect people's time. And when you have to reject someone, be understanding and actually show up on time for the call. Also, it's probably better to send a rejection email and ask if they want to discuss it instead of just calling them.
- They asked personal questions and it felt unprofessional. There were also a few technical questions, more at an industry level than what we covered in classes.
IT Intern
The interview process involved one phone screen where they asked some simple questions like walking me through my resume, salary expectations, and relocation. After that, there was a behavioral interview. There was a 2-week waiting period, and then I received the offer.
- Could you tell me about your resume?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Are you willing to relocate?
