First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DLL.
Senior Account Manager
It was a five-interview process over video. Started with the HR Recruiting Manager, then the hiring manager, then two sales managers, and ended with the head of the BU. Took two months total, though some of that was delays from vacations and biz travel. They communicated really well and got back to me quickly on my follow ups!
- Can you tell me what makes you stand out compared to other candidates for this role?
- Please provide a summary of your related career experience.
- How do you go about finding new clients?
Account Manager
This was a pretty fast interview process. I had three interviews in total, starting with the recruiter and ending with senior management. The recruiter was great to communicate with, and I got a fair job offer after the final interview. I learned about DLL through a friend who works there, and I'd definitely recommend this company to others.
- Can you elaborate on your sales experience?
- Describe a time you faced a specific sales situation.
- How would you approach a particular sales challenge?
Account Manager
I was contacted by a headhunter who evaluated my profile before proposing a first interview with my future manager via Teams. A second interview followed, this time in person, with my future manager and their manager in a hotel lobby near the airport. Finally, I had a last interview with the Europe Director via Teams.
- What are your motivations for joining DLL?
- Why are you leaving your current position?
- How can you adapt your current job functions to the future role?
