Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DKSH Holding.
Senior Manager
There were 2 interview rounds. The first was with the local management team or direct superior, and the second was with the regional team, which included a traveling member from the west who supports local country initiatives.
- How do you see yourself fitting into this role effectively?
Manager
I had an interview with 2 people for this manager role. They asked some intrusive and inappropriate questions, unrelated to the job. Halfway through, the interviewers started talking to each other about something unprofessional. What was more surprising, I found out during the interview that the job duties were not as advertised, and they didn't match my interests or skills. The interviewers didn't apologize for this misleading information. It was a surprising experience overall.
- Can you describe the most challenging moment you've experienced in your job?
- Tell me about a scenario-based question you were asked.
- What are your thoughts on job-specific questions?
Management Trainee
We had a group of 10-12 people. We introduced ourselves and then there was a company overview. After that, we split into smaller groups to get ready for a presentation, with about 20 minutes to prepare. It seems like no one from my group got into the program.
- Can you describe yourself using a single city and explain how that city aligns with DKSH's values?
