Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

First, there was a phone call with HR to go over my past working experience. Then, an online interview with the department manager, which also focused on my past working experience. Lastly, an in-person interview where I had to prepare and present slides about my past working experience, focusing on problem-solving. They also tested my Excel skills, specifically with pivot tables and YoY formulas.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

First, I had a quick call with HR or a recruiter. They chatted about the role, my background, and if I was a good fit, when I could start, and my salary ideas. Then, I met with the hiring manager or team lead. This part was about my technical skills, experience, and how I solve problems. They asked me about onboarding, working with other teams, and using data to make accounts better. Sometimes, I got a case question or logic test. Finally, I talked with higher-ups and people from other teams. They wanted to see how I'd fit in, communicate with others, and contribute long-term. It was more casual, and I got to ask them questions too.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • How did you manage the pressure during onboarding and what were your strategies for overcoming cross-functional obstacles?
  • Can you describe your approach to dealing with the pressures of onboarding and navigating challenges that involved different departments?

Then, if they like your profile, a recruiter or HR person will give you a call to chat about who you are and why you're interested in DKSH. After that, you'll probably have another chat with HR or the manager in charge, where they'll dive deeper into your work history, see if you get how DKSH operates, and ask you some questions about how you've handled situations before.

Behavioral Technical

The interviewer was really rude and kept interrupting me. They accused me of lying about my job description and said other people must be doing it for me because I'm not good with other programming languages. They compared me to another candidate who knew a couple of programming languages besides low-coding and said it's because I don't have a 'proper IT' background. They went on a long speech about how I'm not competent until I politely declined to continue to the next interview session. They kept saying my chances were 50-50. The call was an hour long and after office hours. Horrible experience.
