Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great, with a very skilled team. It was easy and fast, and the managers were great. I'm excited to grow with the company, which is a top player in orthopedic dme and takes care of its patients. The process was quick, easy, and they communicated well.

I met with the regional manager for a really casual chat. After about two weeks, I moved on to interview with the district manager. This interview was way more formal and structured, and the questions were tougher. I didn't have to talk to anyone else after that.

The interview process was serious. It took place outside the office and the interviewers only cared about the interview, not small talk. They notified me after the agreed time that the interview would be pushed back later in the day, twice.
