So first, there was like a quick phone call. After that, they sent me an online assessment. This assessment has a benchmark, and if you don't hit it, you're out, no questions asked. They don't tell you your score or what the benchmark even is. It was like SHL testing, covering verbal, math, and logic. I practiced a lot for days, but I guess I didn't hit the math or logic benchmark, though my verbal was okay. Seems like a really strict way to judge someone, especially when I've got great grades in my degree and was always in the top students.

The interview process started with a review of my resume and cover letter. This was followed by an online stage with numerical and behavioral questions. Then, I had a face-to-face interview, which was actually two interviews back-to-back with four senior people. Finally, there was the offer process, which was very straightforward.

The interview process was prompt and professional. First, there was a standard phone interview and psychometric tests. Then, the first round interview happened, and after that, the final round interview. The interviewers were really friendly and professional. The whole process took about two and a half weeks.
