Account Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I went into the office to shadow and get a feel for the daily tasks. After about 30-45 minutes of shadowing, I had my interview. I got a response the following day.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in Sales?
Account Manager
So, first there were two phone calls with the recruiting company. They asked general questions and told me what they were looking for. Then, I had two in-person meetings with the Regional Manager. In the first one, he asked for more details on my education and experience, and in the second, he went into the specifics of the job. After that, I had a Skype call with a Corporate Executive, which was the last interview to see if I'd fit the company culture. Finally, I met with the Regional Manager again to go over the exact responsibilities and negotiate the offer.
- Could you describe how you would handle various situations?
Account Manager
I had a phone interview with a Corporate Recruiter. It was easy to talk to and pleasant. She called on time and finished within the expected timeframe. It was more about her explaining the position to me rather than me talking about my background, which was a good way to see if the job was a good fit. She didn't waste my time at all, which I appreciated.
