Technical Coding

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who thought I was a good fit for a role and wanted to proceed with a technical coding challenge. The challenge took about 1.5 to 2 hours. I finished it within a week and the recruiter said I'd hear back in about a week after the code review. It's been almost a month and after several follow-ups, I got an automated email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. Nobody contacted me or gave me any feedback on my work. Before submitting the coding challenge, recruiters were checking in every other day about my progress. After submission, nobody got back to me. I wouldn't advise friends to waste their time here.

The process has a HR round and then a screening round. In between the recruiter sent out an assignment to do. The process is extremely negative given the fact that we scheduled a screening round and nobody showed up online to go through the solution. I then inquired about whether we are still having an interview to which the recruiter called me and said oops I forgot to tell you that we are not moving forward. First of all, please have the courtesy and tell me that you are not moving forward. Secondly, I was able to solve the problem given the question. What else were you looking for? The experience is just overall negative as corroborated by other reviews and I would encourage others not to apply here.

The interview process included a phone screen, a manager phone interview, and a VP phone interview. This was followed by a 6-hour on-site interview with prospective managers, various C-level individuals, and the team. It was a long but enjoyable process with in-depth discussions about the role's processes and duties. The behavioral portion was thorough to ensure team fit.
