Got a call from the recruiter following an internal employee referral. The recruiter set up an interview with the hiring manager, happening a month after the initial phone screening. This part was to check if I was a good fit. Then, there were two technical interviews, one over the phone and one in person, with other engineers on the support team. Before the recruiter finally got back with an offer, there was another interview with a senior manager. But, after I accepted the offer and finished five rounds of interviews, the recruiter called back to say there was a hiring freeze and they were withdrawing the offer.

It was a pretty chill interview process. Started with a phone screen with the recruiter, who was good at getting to know me and telling me about the company and culture. Then I had a phone interview with a Senior Account Executive, followed by an onsite with that person and the VP of Sales. The VP was training new hires, so I didn't get much time with him initially, but he called me later to make sure we covered everything. Overall, it was a good experience and things went smoothly. Scheduling was easy and everyone was responsive. After I got the offer, the recruiting team was helpful with any questions I had.

The interview process included a phone screen, a manager phone interview, and a VP phone interview. This was followed by a 6-hour on-site interview with prospective managers, various C-level individuals, and the team. It was a long but enjoyable process with in-depth discussions about the role's processes and duties. The behavioral portion was thorough to ensure team fit.

The interview process was professional and on time. It wrapped up in about two weeks. All the questions asked felt relevant to IT security, and nothing seemed out of left field. HR was helpful with any logistical questions I had. The technical part showed a real passion for the field, and the questions reflected that, not just generic ones from a quick search.
