There were 4 interviews. First was on android basic and basic algo. Second was on android design problem. Third was on project work and design the solution for one project problem. Fourth was VP round on the design and managerial questions. After passing all interviews they told me , i will get offer soon but that day never came , even HR did not reply over mails after some time. Really bad feeling for the company , this shows the work culture of the company how much they care for others.

The recruiter seemed unsure about the interview process, saying they have a general process for architects and managers. It took about 45 days to get interviews set up after each round. After salary discussions and an HR round, they set up one more 'bar raiser' round where I was rejected. So, the 4 rounds I passed felt pointless. The lack of coordination among the HR team made it weird and stressful.

The interview process had 8 rounds in total. 3 rounds were conducted online and the remaining 5 rounds were onsite in Mumbai. I applied for a role on the Personalization team. The overall experience was really smooth. An HR from Bangalore managed my entire interview process. Everything was meticulously planned, including my flights, cabs, and even refreshment breaks. I had great conversations with the interviewers in every round and we tackled some interesting real-world problems. I was impressed by the energy and drive of the interviewers.
