First interview in London, then if successful another interview, then an offer letter through the post. If you accept, they send flights for you to travel to Florida for 5 days of training before you board the ship. Once on board, you'll have on-the-job training and also training for evacuation procedures.

Went through the International services for the hiring process. Recruiters gave some basic interview questions and really helpful advice for the upcoming interviews. Talked with 2 recruiters from a recruitment agency, and then 1 from Disney. The Disney recruiter was super friendly and made me feel comfortable.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What motivates you to work on a ship?
- What is your knowledge of food and wine?
