It started with an HR interview and then two aptitude tests that were a bit tough. After that, the hiring manager called me back for another interview. They really drilled me for about 30 minutes, asking a lot about my past jobs. A big thing they focused on was what drives me, trying to figure out who might be a slacker. It's tough because some people interview well but don't actually do good work. They should have checked references. This company is just starting a new cell division, a brand new product with huge goals. They might not meet them if they can't find good people to hire.

Applied online and then got a call from the recruiters, they talked about my resume and the job roles. Then I had a 15-minute phone interview with my potential manager. We talked about my resume, the job description, and some situational questions. I also got to ask questions. After that, I took some tests about basic knowledge and personality to see if I fit the company culture. The first test had a lot of different questions, so I'm not sure they weigh the score heavily. My potential manager then asked for a final in-person interview. Since I live out of state, they flew me in for a face-to-face interview with my manager and two other team members. A few hours later, the recruiter called with an offer.
