The interview process was pretty straightforward. They were clear about what to expect. Interviewers were on time and explained things well. I first applied, then a recruiter reached out. The recruiter asked me some questions about myself, described the job, and told me the hiring manager would be in touch for an interview.

The interview process took quite a bit of time. Initially, I had a phone interview with a representative from one department, but they never got back to me. Fortunately, that representative connected me with another department that was hiring for the same job title and was interested. I then had to complete an online test before moving on to an in-person interview a couple of weeks later with two management members. Following that, I was required to take two more tests: the Watson & Glasser and the Wonderlick. The people I interacted with were very pleasant. However, I later received an email stating that the position was no longer available because the department had been reorganized. So, be aware that this is a potential outcome.

The whole process took like 8 weeks which is pretty long. It started with some initial screening and then I had a 1-on-1 interview, then another 1-on-1 interview, then a panel interview with 2 people, and finally a phone interview with a director. They also did a drug test and some mandatory assessments. I wish they had kept me more updated during the process because there was a lot of waiting and wondering. The building was also a bit tricky to get into, and the interview started 30 minutes late, though the hiring manager did apologize. They ended up lowballing the offer.
