The interview was conducted online and lasted approximately 30 minutes. The recruiter was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They provided a lot of detailed information about the role and the company culture, ensuring I understood what the job entailed. The discussion focused on DISH's culture and policies, and my understanding of them. I was asked a few situational questions, about 3 in total, and some personal questions to assess my personality. These questions, while not overly difficult, were best answered using the STAR method. One question was about learning a new skill and applying it to customer service.

Behavioral Presentation Other

They'll ask you some questions and look over your resume. It's basically an interview with basic questions. They'll want to know why you left your last jobs. You'll have to do a role-play where you act as the representative, and if you applied for a bilingual position, they'll ask you to read some Spanish. I felt like I messed up but still got an offer, so just try your best, and I'm pretty sure you'll get the job just by doing the interview.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell us what made you decide to pursue this position and share an instance where you assisted a customer?
  • What prompted your decision to apply for this role, and can you provide an example of how you've helped a customer in the past?
