The interview process involved a total of 4 interviews, starting with a recruiter call and progressing through meetings with managers and directors from other teams. There were also 4 different assessments covering behavioral, reasoning, and mathematics. After completing these assessments, the team or hiring manager requires 5 referrals before making a final decision.

I was contacted by a recruiter for this role and had a phone interview with standard questions. Then, I had another interview with a hiring manager. About a week later, a different recruiter contacted me for the same position and I was asked all the same questions again. Following that, I had a Skype interview with a hiring manager. I was then flown out to HQ for the final stage. First, I met with the recruiter and completed two computer-based assessment tests. Then, I met with the hiring manager I had the Skype interview with. He seemed tired and asked me similar questions. After that, I met with another manager who was no longer in the department and we had a good conversation. He also asked the same questions I had been asked multiple times. I was supposed to meet with a director but they were stuck in a meeting. Finally, the recruiter escorted me out and asked for my travel expenses, which I submitted but never got reimbursed for.

The interview process consisted of two online assessments followed by a phone screen and then a virtual interview. The whole thing took about a month. I had a really good experience overall, everyone was super friendly. They got back to me really quickly via email and were upfront about how everything would go.
