First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Discount Drug Mart.
Cashier
It was a really quick and easy interview process. They asked me some basic questions about my availability, my previous work experience, and what I could bring to the table to ensure customers didn't have to go through a runaround. This was my first job, and I'd definitely go back if I ever needed to.
- Can you share an instance where you had to make a difficult decision and how you handled it?
Bookkeeper
I sent in my application and the manager interviewed me pretty much right away. It was easy to connect with the manager and feel at home in the workplace.
- Can you tell me about your availability and preferred working hours?
Pharmacy Technician
The interview process was great. The people were super nice and seemed really interested in my growth in pharmacy. They were also willing to work with my schedule while I was in college.
- What makes you want to join the team at Drug Mart?
Manager
I was interviewed by several people who spitfired many questions all at once. It was nerve-wracking. I did not think I got the job initially. The job offer letter was also difficult to process compared to jobs I have had in the past.
- In which areas do you think you need to develop?
