First, candidates fill out a form with personal info, salary expectations, and other details. Then, they take an aptitude test, which includes an easy test and an essay on a given topic. After submitting the test, all candidates are interviewed by the Research Analyst team. They discuss the job, bond, and other work-related aspects, asking about the candidate's comfort level. Based on this, results are announced, and some candidates proceed. Those who move forward are interviewed by the RA Lead, who asks similar questions to the previous interview. The interviewers are relaxed, but it's important to be open about yourself and the job.
