The company makes you test their application as an interview candidate to find defects, suggestions, and feedback. They wasted my 3 days of time with 6 rounds of interviews from Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurgaon with Flock. Flock conducts such interviews, makes candidates test their application, uses them as freelance testers, and then rejects them without giving any reason if you ask for feedback or call them. HR won't call or mail you after they got their app tested.

After applying online and getting shortlisted, I was asked to complete a case study and prepare a test plan. I suspect the interview might have been a way to test their ZETA application with experienced QA professionals and gather user feedback by having me prepare a case study for a mobile wallet.
