The test consist of written, excel and 2 PI's. There is shortlisting after every step.some people i met had an experience of 7 day interview process. Overall the look at your language and excel skills i couldn't make it through because i didn't had experience.

So first there was this aptitude test with like 5-6 pages to solve. If you passed that, you went to a personal interview where the recruiter asked questions about my life, education, and extracurriculars. After that, a technical round was scheduled. Since I was hired for the information management team (not marketing, sales, or design), I had to do a test with Excel questions. They gave me a computer and 40 minutes to solve it. The last and important round was the Manager round, where they did a brief intro and analyzed my skills.

There were four stages to the interview. First, there was an aptitude test covering math, grammar, and general knowledge. Then came the first interview round, which was pretty easy. After that, I had an interview with a team member where they asked basic questions and gave me some case studies. The final stage was an interview with the head of the department, who explained the job responsibilities and asked a numerical estimation question. It was an easy interview overall.
