Technical Case Presentation

It was a great learning experience. The interviewers were really nice and pushed me to do my best. There were about 6 stages in total, starting with an aptitude and writing test. This was followed by an HR interview, a technical round, an interview with the team lead, and finally with the business unit head. They presented me with different scenarios to evaluate my sales abilities and problem-solving skills. It was a positive experience regardless of the outcome. The only downside was the lack of follow-up calls for candidates who didn't advance, as they were promised a call within a couple of days.

Behavioral Technical Case Behavioral

I went through three interview rounds plus a case study. The first was a phone call with general background questions. Then, I got a case study via email, due in three days. After submitting the case study, I had my first in-person interview where they asked a lot about my past work, team management, business development, and sales operations. They also explained the job details. My second in-person interview involved several case-lets and related questions. Following the final interview, HR collected my salary information. An offer came within a week, and after some negotiation, a revised offer was accepted. The whole thing took about two months, with some delays on their end, but they mentioned upfront that the process would take time due to senior management travel.

Behavioral Technical Case

They have a very long drawn out process. Had 4 rounds of video conferencing interviews over two months and then they invited me to their Mumbai office for a day of in-person interviews. Again five rounds of interviews with mix of BD, tech and behvioral questions at the venue. The questions are very repetitive from one round to the next so if you get through one of the rounds, just polish your answers and cover all fronts of that topic. They are looking for positive energy and non-manipulative kind of attitude - so prepare the tone accordingly.
