Contrary to what some reviews suggested, the hiring process moved pretty quickly for me. I first got an email about a preliminary phone chat. Then, the next week, I went in for a 3-hour in-person interview. During that time, I met with the Sales Manager, hung out with two account managers for about an hour to see what they do, and then had a final chat with the Director of Sales. They let me know they were going to offer me the job the following week. So, the whole thing took about 3 weeks, which felt pretty standard to me.

The interview process wasn't too difficult. This company tends to hire a lot of college grads for their sales roles. They asked pretty standard interview questions, like about your past job experience and situational questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone interview, then an onsite interview, and then about an hour of shadowing an employee. I also had to take a Wonderlic test, but it was nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone I met was very nice and straightforward about their job role. The only negative was that the offer came in under my current salary, which I had disclosed in advance.
