First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Direct Energy.
Customer Service Representative
It was a zoom interview. I received an email to gauge my interest in the position. We had the interview within a week. It was quite brief and felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. I was informed I'd receive feedback within a week, but after two weeks of silence, I emailed for an update. No response has been received even after two months.
- Tell me about yourself.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewer asked some questions and I did my best to answer them. The role is for a customer service rep who would handle issues about filing claims. They also wanted to see if I had good organization skills because there's a lot of material to learn.
- What's your approach to dealing with a customer who is very upset?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was very open and relaxed. Bill, the person who interviewed me was very calm and courteous which made the interview very smooth and relaxing enough so that I was able to express myself with ease.
