The interview happened over 3 months ago with HR, who mentioned I would proceed to an interview with the manager. After that, there was complete silence. Even requesting an update via WhatsApp, the recruitment team left me on read, ignored. Now, I see the position was reopened on LinkedIn and Gupy, the application is stuck at 'interview with HR'. Disregard and lack of consideration for the professional.

The hiring process was straightforward and efficient, starting with an interview with the hiring manager. A few days later, I had an interview with the HR manager. Everything was organized and clear. One thing I'd suggest improving is being more upfront about the salary range earlier in the process. In my case, we only discussed compensation two days after the HR interview. Getting this information out at the beginning would help candidates make decisions faster and save time for everyone involved.

The process with the consultancy and the Coordination was positive. However, the following stages were not good. The interview with the Director, at several points she was using her cell phone and didn't seem to be paying attention, even though she was friendly. Days after the interview with her, another interview had already been scheduled, and only after I asked if it needed to be rescheduled (since I was waiting in the virtual room) did I get a response that it had been canceled because another candidate had been chosen. The issue is not the negative outcome, but the lack of responsibility in notifying the candidate after they have been waiting for the interviewer in the room.
