The interview process included three rounds. The first round was a 30-minute behavioral screen. The second round, also 30 minutes, focused more on my experience. The third round was a longer session: a 60-minute in-depth experience and technical interview, followed by a 30-minute "culture-carrier conversation".

I had a nice initial chat with HR. Then, I spoke with one of the managers from the team I might join, which gave me a really good vibe about them. Following that, I went through a pretty long back-to-back interview session, about 6 different 30-minute interviews that added up to over 3 hours. I still felt pretty positive about the team after all that. But then, communication from HR started to get a bit sparse. I was told I'd get feedback, but after reaching out a few times, I've heard nothing for about 2 months since the last interview. It's frustrating not getting a clear response, especially after putting in so much time. It's a shame because the team itself seemed great, but I'm just hoping things are slow and I'll eventually hear back.

I applied through the university job board and heard back via email after two weeks for a phone screen. I had two 30-minute phone interviews, which were mainly behavioral, involved a resume walk-through, and tested my knowledge of Dimensional. After that, I was invited for final, on-site interviews in Austin. This consisted of four back-to-back interviews, followed by a lunch interview which also served as a wrap-up. I really liked the smart and genuine people, the nice facilities, how organized everything was, and the food was great!
