Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and got a first interview with HR. They asked about my background and interest in DFA. That same day, HR let me schedule a second interview. I then interviewed with a researcher in Austin. We talked about my research, why I'm interested in DFA, and they asked me to explain the three-factor model simply. The next day, I got invited for an onsite interview. The onsite included a 1-hour lunch and four 30-minute interviews with VPs, a Senior Researcher, and a Researcher. Lunch involved discussing my research and interest in DFA. The 30-minute interviews were similar, focusing on my research, behavioral questions, and technical aspects like teamwork, software/packages used, and how to handle issues like correcting standard error or serial correlation.
