It was conversational, more focused on culture fit than technical skills. There were 3 rounds total, and all interviews were with friendly people, which made it easy to discuss myself and my understanding of the company. They also spoke a lot about the company and expected me to have a basic grasp of its values.

The first round was a phone screening that covered a basic resume walkthrough. They asked me how I knew about the company and why I wanted to join. The second round was also a phone screening, where a PhD from the team asked about my past projects. They were very interested in the software I used, my database experience, and if I had experience with big data. Unlike some reviews I saw, there were no questions about Fama French or the Efficient Market Hypothesis.
