Sales Manager
The hiring process felt pretty straightforward. The HR manager was really pleasant and easy to chat with. I was actually hired right after the interview and started working the following week, followed by three weeks of training. Aside from that, there isn't much else to say about interviewing at Dillard's. It was definitely easy and fast. Before you get to talk with the Department Manager, you'll need to use the company kiosk in the Customer Service area to input your work history and complete a questionnaire, which should take about 20-30 minutes.
