Had an interview at my university and then another at the corporate office. It was a two-day event with multiple interviews. There was a cocktail party and rotating interviews with a group of 3 people. We also got a tour of the store and met with the store manager, where I got to ask questions and had to do a tell me about yourself portion.

Got a call and then invited to the store for an interview. Had to do a 30-minute online application with work history, references, and a personality test. Then, a 1:1 with the Assistant Store Manager, which went so well that she immediately introduced me to her Store Manager. The Store Manager asked about my personal and career goals. Afterwards, I had to submit to a background check. Later that week, the district manager called me in. The district manager asked scenario and 'tell me of a time...' questions. I felt this interview was more about observing my personality and demeanor. They made an offer on the spot and told me the salary.

I interviewed with the Assistant Regional / Store Manager / District Manager. The overall experience was thorough. I saw red flags about the companies upper management style but ignored them because I desperately needed a job. I should have gone with my gut and walked away.
