So the process started with me applying online, then I had a quick call with a recruiter where we talked about my background and if I was a good fit. After that, I did this online test thing with some data stuff, Excel, and basic finance questions. The last part was a meeting with a few people from the team, including the manager, and they asked me technical and behavioral questions. It all took about 3 weeks from start to finish.
