Behavioral Presentation

The interview process is pretty open, with standard questions that give you space to show your eagerness to learn. If you're new to "value selling," no worries, just be yourself. Even though it's tough to get the first interview, especially without a reference, it's a great place to work.

Behavioral Other

I had phone interviews with the recruiter and three other decision-makers. I also had to complete a personality assessment. The calls went really well and I thought I was going to get to the final interviews and maybe even get an offer. But, after a week, I heard back that they decided to move forward with other candidates who were a better fit for their needs. The recruiter was super helpful though, giving me honest feedback and connecting me with her contacts at similar companies that were hiring SDRs!

Behavioral

Overall I had a decent interview experience until it came down to the talk of benefits and compensation. I felt very undervalued. I had asked if we could negotiate compensation and benefits, Long story short I was told a flat-out no. I have a hard time with companies giving a no just because they don't want to be flexible. This is a big reason why loyalty is practically non-existent in the American workforce.
