First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Diligent.
Research Analyst
It's a simple interview focusing on cognitive and linguistic skills. There are about 2 timed assessments before and after the interview. Be careful if an offer comes from Mexico, as the company doesn't have a fiscal presence there. You'd be contracted via Aeries Technology (an Indian Consulting firm), with a contract made on-site, and they'd authorize remote work. This is a major issue for a fully remote position they advertised. They can change the remote condition and ask you to come onsite to their Guadalajara office. Also, Aeries wants to mandate a 6% savings fund from your salary. Aeries is not good for their Mexico presence. I don't recommend joining until they establish in Mexico or change their contractor.
- Can you describe your experience with writing legal documents?
Research Analyst
I was interviewed for a research analyst position focusing on a specific country. The first interview was quite short, but there were a few more stages after that, with both theoretical and practical parts. It wasn't too hard if you have a background in law or some previous research experience.
- Can you share your experience relevant to this role?
Research Analyst
It was a fairly straightforward process with three interviews. The interviewers were really nice and approachable, making it a comfortable experience. They were direct and didn't waste time, and the company seemed genuinely interested in hearing our thoughts. The interviews themselves weren't overly lengthy.
- Can you tell me about your long-term career aspirations?
