The interview process was swift and straightforward. I spoke with the hiring manager and a director who were quite pleasant and knowledgeable. However, I wasn't particularly impressed by the VP and higher management. Given my extensive experience in the industry, the technical and operational questions posed no real challenge. Despite the ease of the interviews, I felt a distinct lack of respect from senior management, and the compensation offered was quite low, with me feeling low-balled at the very end.

Interviews were good, with prompt and clear follow-ups after each stage. The interviewers were polite and knowledgeable. All interview rounds were scheduled around my availability, and I was given the chance to ask questions if I had any concerns.

The interview process involved a recruiter screening and subsequent interviews, but the overall experience was characterized by a lack of clarity and eventual ghosting. While the recruiter was pleasant, the absence of transparency became very evident. Despite the company's claims of technological advancement and high-end clientele, the management seemed subpar, and the practice of stringing candidates along before ignoring them was concerning.
