The interview process was pretty straightforward. All the rounds were well-organized and the people I spoke with were really nice and professional. I have no complaints about how the interviews themselves were conducted. However, after my third interview, I've been ghosted, which seems to be a common experience for others too. I followed up after 7 business days but still haven't heard back. It's been about a month now. I'm not upset about not getting the job, as I realize there were likely more qualified candidates, but being ghosted by such a well-known company is really disappointing.

Behavioral Presentation

The initial interview process was quite smooth and straightforward, involving approximately 4 rounds of Zoom interviews that were pretty casual. However, the company's main drawback is their prolonged waiting period. After receiving very good feedback and anticipating an offer, I experienced a wait of over 2 months. I was informed this was due to an internal candidate and lengthy interviews requiring upper management travel. Although I was told it was between me and the internal candidate, they ultimately chose the internal one, which wasn't unexpected. Nevertheless, the extended waiting time was misleading and a waste of my time.

So first I had a phone interview, then a technical assessment, and after that, it was a round robin of interviews with different teams to see if I would be a good fit. Then I had to wait about a week to hear back on any feedback.
