It was a thorough and thoughtful process, good for information gathering on both sides. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then a phone interview with the Hiring Manager and someone at my peer level. Then we moved to an on-site where I had one-on-one and group interviews with the hiring manager, VP, and operations staff. Finally, there was a group interview that included a presentation, followed by individual interviews with the whole team.

I was impressed with the professionalism and consideration with which the Digital hiring team approached the interview process with me. The Digital team successfully relayed the hiring time line, and was communicative and inclusive of me, the candidate, in the process. While I submitted my resume at the beginning of December 2016, and started the last week in January 2017, the timing of the interview process was fast paced and highly responsive.
