The interview process was a complete waste of time. I had a good experience with the initial recruiter and the first video call interview with an engineer. However, it was extremely disrespectful to schedule three one-hour long interviews with the entire team, and then ghost me. This gave me a really poor reflection of the company, and I was very disappointed by the disrespect.

So the interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a chat with a recruiter, then interviewed with the VP of engineering for about 45 minutes, and finally, had an hour-long session with the manager and tech lead from the team I'd be joining. Everything flowed well, they were quick to let me know what was happening next, which was nice. The people I talked to were really friendly, chill, and humble, making me feel at ease. They seemed super into their work and had great things to say about the company. The recruiter was also really nice and helpful.

The interviewer was super impatient and didn't explain the question well. They got annoyed when I couldn't answer right away and were even rude, questioning if I was actually a developer. The interview, supposed to be an hour, was over in 10 minutes. It was a really bad experience. A few days later, I got offers from two big IT companies with a 100% raise. My suggestion: please be nice to candidates, be patient explaining questions, and don't expect textbook answers; ask for code or pseudocode instead.
