First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Diffusely.
Business Development
I saw the offer on a website and applied by email with my CV and cover letter. I was contacted within 3 days to arrange a first interview with an HR person from Meero, then I had a second interview with my future Manager, and finally a last call with the CEO of Meero. The process included a first interview with HR, a second with the Manager, and a third with the CEO.
- Describe a sales situation.
Business Developer
First, I had a phone call with HR for a discovery call. Then, I interviewed with the team lead to check my sales knowledge. After that, I had an interview with the head for culture fit. For the second interview, they asked me to pitch Meero and asked what I know about the BDR job.
- Could you explain how you would present Meero?
- What's your understanding of the BDR role?
Business Developer
The hiring process was pretty quick, and every stage felt useful. The wait time between applying and the first call was a bit long, but that's probably because I applied at the end of August during vacation time.
- What did you understand about Meero and its product?
