First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Diffusely.
Key Account Manager
A first HR interview, then a Manager interview, then an Operational one for company fit + CRO to validate the process. Quick and smooth process. Quick feedback. Started onboarding within the following month. Highly recommend.
- What motivates you?
- What are your values?
- Tell me about your track record.
Strategic Account Manager
Recruiter call followed by a manager interview, then another manager interview. The process was very fast and especially efficient. One of the interviews took place on-site to meet other team members and company employees - which is great for assessing the work atmosphere and the (magnificent) offices.
- What was your understanding of the position and its stakes?
- What matters most to you within a team?
Key Account Manager
Initial phone call, then in-person interviews with 2 sales managers. If good, one more interview with an executive then hire. The process takes 2-3 weeks. Expect to be called back to the office a few times for follow-up interviews.
- Why are you the best fit for this job?
