First, there's an HR call. After that, a technical round where they ask questions about the role. Lastly, there's a management round that tests your personality and behavior. It all depends on how you respond to those outside-the-box questions.

Got referred by my college dean to interview with the manager. Had a 15-minute phone call, then an in-person interview the next day where I shared my transcripts and job history, and we talked about the job and personal stuff. Then, I met with the two senior techs who explained the job details. Got the offer in the mail the next week. Everyone was nice and knew their stuff, the office was clean, and the vibe was good.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • None remembered due to a comfortable atmosphere created by the manager, leading to an emotional connection over shared life perspectives.
