First, I applied via LinkedIn. A couple of days later, there was an introductory call. At that time, we scheduled a technical interview, and a week later there was a job offer.

I had a direct interview with the department head, which was very open and friendly. They asked about my specific relevant experience and were also happy to answer my own questions. A team member was also brought in to answer these questions from their perspective.

This was the worst interview experience ever, with no proper management. They made me wait for 2-3 hours just to give the result of a single round and didn't seem serious about the interview. I arrived at 11 am, and only one round was conducted by 5 pm. I left without attending further rounds. It was a pathetic interview panel. Even if an offer was given, I would never join such a firm. The receptionist kept saying "madam has asked to wait," and I waited for over 3 hours.
