Manufacturing Engineer
It was a quick phone screen with the Manufacturing VP. It was a normal interview, but I wasn't prepared. The whole thing took about 25 minutes.
- Can you tell me about your professional experience?
Inside Sales Representative
The process started with a phone interview where they asked about my experience. If that went well, I was invited for an in-person interview. This involved meeting with the recruiter and then a group interview. The group interview felt like they were just trying to see if they liked me. The whole process was a bit disorganized, and it seemed like nobody really knew what was going on. They took a really long time to get back to me, it was a slow process.
- Tell me about your past experience and education.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?
- Could you describe your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Graphic Designer
The Dickson team was able to arrange an interview on short notice for me, which I really appreciated. They worked around their packed schedules to set up an in-person meeting, making me feel valued as a candidate right away. It was actually a pleasant experience going to the interview. The discussions were very friendly and welcoming, and the team made me feel like I was applying for a real job, not just an internship.
- Could you describe your graphic design workflow?
