I put in my application online and got a call back pretty quickly. The recruiter called on a Friday evening and wanted me to come in for an interview that same night, but I was out of town and had to reschedule. When I finally went in for the interview, the manager who was supposed to meet me was at another location and asked me to come back later. The next time I showed up, the manager on duty didn't seem to know I was supposed to be there for an interview. They had me fill out another application and asked about my availability. Then they told me they'd call with more information and sent me away. I still haven't heard anything back and I'm really confused about what happened.

I dressed casually, wearing the store uniform which is a tee with a belt and blue jeans with a hat. I met my interviewer. I applied because a friend who has worked there for a long time referred me. I arrived early for the interview, as you should always do. We sat at a table in the dining area, and she asked me standard interview questions. She then offered me the job on the spot, all while watching me very closely.

It was a pretty chill interview process, not a lot of tough questions. Mostly they asked about my availability and how I found out about the job. The manager was super laid back and the whole vibe was really relaxed. The team was nice too when I first got there.
