Demand Planner
I went through several interview rounds and was told they would extend an offer. Then, for two months, they kept changing their minds about the role and the timing. Eventually, I was ghosted. It's best to avoid Diageo as they are not professional, respectful, or transparent.

Demand Planner
I had just one interview right before Christmas. HR wasn't very organized; they couldn't give me the job description because it wasn't on the careers site anymore, even after I asked three times. They gave the interviewer the wrong CV and didn't forward the correct one when I sent it again. HR didn't communicate after that. A month later, I just got a generic response saying they picked someone else. The interviewer was the direct manager and asked standard questions about the role's challenges and some relevant career questions.
- Can you explain your interest in Diageo?
- What motivates your interest in Ireland?
Supply Chain Intern
The assessment centre included a maths test (very basic % and profit/margin questions), a presentation to present in front of 2 assessors, an interview with 2 (other) assessors and a group assignment. Overall very positive experience, fun but exhausting day.
