I applied online and then had to do some online tests. After that, there was a video interview which was pre-recorded. It was a bit tough because they gave me a case study to look at and talk about. The questions in the video interview were about which brand I'd invest in. The answers were pretty obvious but I didn't have much time to think. The assessment centre was actually really fun but super hard. It was intense with 12 of us and 12 people assessing. It was good fun though.
