The process began with an online application, followed by gamified assessments through Pymetrics that tested traits like memory, emotional intelligence, and decision-making. I progressed to the video interview stage via HireVue, where I responded to behavioral questions under timed conditions. Though I didn’t advance further, the experience was smooth, professional, and gave me insight into Diageo’s values and leadership expectations. It affirmed the importance of authenticity and preparation in graduate-level recruitment.

The process starts with an online general application. Then there's a Pymetric Game screening, which includes 12 games to assess individual skills. It gives a scorecard and rating to see if you move to the next stage. You can find resources online to get ready for this. After that, there's an Online Video Interview (Hirevue) with 3 timed questions. You only get one try per question, so you have to be perfect. Be short and to the point. Use the STAR method. It's like recording yourself. I felt it was unfair. I'd rather have a face-to-face interview. It feels more humane. I think the next step is a physical assessment. Still waiting to hear if I make it.

So basically there's this first online aptitude/personality test that you have to do before they even look at your CV and motivational letter. I did it a few days back but I'm still waiting to hear back. I guess it'll take a while.
