The hiring process was pretty smooth, although it took quite a while to get a final decision, about 3 months in total. I found this role through my college placements. It's a nice company overall. I left this job 5 months ago.

I talked to a recruiter first, then I had a video call with the hiring manager. After that, I had a video interview with two managers who are on the team. Those two managers thought I did really well and said I'd be moving on to the next round, which would've been a video interview with the hiring manager and the director. But, I never heard back from the recruiter after that. I sent a few emails asking for the interviewers' email addresses and didn't get a response. I also sent a follow-up about my candidacy and still heard nothing back. It was a really disappointing process.

I applied for the PMO Analyst role through a referral. Within a week, HR contacted me. The first interview was a general HR round to assess my fit. After that, I had a second telephonic interview with the operations manager. HR confirmed the interview details via email and phone, offering the option to interview from home or in the office. I chose to come to the office for the call. Following this, I was informed about the third and final round, a telephonic interview with the project lead, which I also attended in person. After the final round, HR contacted me two days later to offer the position, discussing salary, joining date, and benefits before sending the offer letter.
