Software Engineer
So, first we did a group discussion (GD) round. The topics for the GD were leadership quality and the idea that Gen Z is misunderstood. After that, there was an interview where we talked about the basics of your resume, like your projects and skills.
- Questions about your resume, specifically React JS.
Software Engineer
Due to the Covid19 outbreak, the technical test was canceled and the interviews were conducted via Skype. Various technical questions were asked, and the interview ended in less than an hour. The interview was difficult because the interviewers had communication issues, asked many bad questions, and didn't pursue further if they felt the answer was insufficient. It's funny they expect to gauge technical skills from a verbal interview, as it's not enough!
- Can you explain your current projects and daily tasks?
Software Engineer
The interview process was really bad. The interviewer acted like he owned DHL and knew everything. I think they should first understand the consultant's background and experience before asking questions. This interviewer just went off track and tried to show off. Before doing that, I wonder if he even knew the answers to his own questions. I hated the process completely, just because of that interviewer.
- Was there anything asked that was outside of your skillset?
