First, there was a phone call with HR to get basic information. If that went well, I was invited for an interview with the hiring manager. This interview was online via Microsoft Teams and it was a good session; the hiring manager was pleasant and patient when I needed a moment to think. Additionally, I had to complete an online IT literacy and aptitude test that lasted 40 minutes, during which my camera had to be on.
