The interview process usually kicks off with a review of your application to see if you're a good fit. Then, there's a quick call or video chat to check if you meet the basic requirements and seem interested. After that, you might have a first interview, which could be with one person or a group, and they'll likely ask you about your past experiences and how you handle situations. If the job needs specific skills, they might give you a test or a task to do. If you do well, you'll move on to a final interview with senior folks to see if you'd fit in and what your future plans are. They might also check your references before making a job offer. Keeping communication open and getting feedback is important throughout.

Delivery Driver
I applied via email. The first interview was a phone call. I had applied in Pinneberg, but they said there was also a position open in Uetersen, which was easier for me to get to. Then they gave me a date for a trial work period, and I was there for two days. Everything was good on-site, and the boss made sure I was really up for the job. Everything fit, and then they picked a start date. In Pinneberg, the contract was signed before I started. It was quick from application to contract. I could ask questions, and during the trial training, they tested me thoroughly to see if the job really suited me.
- How flexible am I regarding family commitments?
- Am I aware that I will be working outdoors in all kinds of weather?
